Reannouncing Bellini
Perspective depiction as we know it today has its origin in the art of the Renaissance. I`ve chosen to recreate Jacopo Bellini’s Annunciation to learn from one of the first known artists who could diminish figures in space in their works. With the position of the camera, the angle of the walls, and crooked lines I could recreate the painter’s vision who himself cheated in many ways with the perspective.
